A fan encyclopedia for Hot Wheels' AcceleRacers and Highway 35 World Race. The fiction, the objects, the cards, and the sources behind all of it. For the people who grew up with it, and for the collectors still tracking down what was actually made.
One email, on the day it opens. Nothing else, ever.
This was a fan site. People who cared far too much about wheel codes, and a box on the front page asking for a webmaster that nobody ever filled.
It ran until 2018. Then it went quiet, and everything it knew went with it. Some of it survived in caches, forum threads, packaging photos and people's memory. 467 records have come back so far.
I'm rebuilding it with one rule I didn't have in 2005. Nothing goes on a page without a source attached to it. If the record isn't sure, it says so. If it has something wrong, tell me and the fix goes up with your name on it.
If you collect, this is the part I'd want. Every release and every variation the record can actually prove, in one place, each with a photograph and a source. You'll be able to mark what you hold and see what's still missing, down to the wheel code and the paint shade.
I'm shooting the cars myself, one variation at a time. Eighty-two done so far. It's slow, but I'd rather take the time than guess.
I can't give you an opening date. What I can do is show you how far along it is.

Accelepedia.com as fans actually wrote it. The old pages, the old layout, the broken bits, all still there. It sits at its own address now and nothing on it has been rebuilt or corrected.
