These sets were available for a while at your local McDonalds; you occasionally see them on eBay now. The package comes with one car and a mini-track/play set, stickers and assembly instructions. Be warned - the cars included, though Hot Wheels, are blank as far as tampos (graphics) are concerned - you must apply the stickers yourself. The vehicles are not variations of any known World Race cars either - just garden-variety cars. The play sets are fairly simplistic as well.
