Vehicles enter the realm underwater above the tube encased track. Periodic breaks in the tube, while not flooding the rest of the tube, allows people, animals, objects and some water to pass through. The tubes eventually go above the water exiting above partially submerged tracks that snake around seaside cliffs.
The events in this realm take place during The Speed of Silence.
